局麻下善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补治疗成人脐疝的探讨

目的探讨局麻下国产善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补术治疗成人脐疝的应用价值。方法分析25例局麻下国产善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补成人脐疝的病例，观察麻醉效果、手术时间、住院时间及随访观察术后并发症及复发情况。结果全部采用局部浸润麻醉，手术时间35—85min，平均55min，术后0～2h下床活动，术后切EI疼痛较明显5例，术后切EI皮下积液1例，平均住院时间3．5d，术后平均随访11个月无复发，无明显异物感。结论局麻下国产善愈补片腹膜前间隙修补术是治疗成人脐疝的一种有效而可靠的术式，具有手术操作安全，手术适应证广，术后恢复快，并发症少、复发率低等优点。

Approach of tension-free hernia repair for umbilical hernia under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with shanyu mesh in adults

Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia repair for umbilical hernia under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu mesh in adults.Methods Analyze the cases of Twenty-five adult patients with umbilical hernia treated with tension-free hernia repair under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu mesh,The anaesthetic effect,operative time,the average stay in hospital ,complication and recurrence rate were studied.Results All operations were under local nerve blockade anaesthesia, the operative time was 35 to 85 minutes, average time was 55 minutes,the time of patients postopertavie recovery was 0 to 2 hours, the obvious postopertavie pain was 5 cases. ,the postopertavie subcutaneous seroma was 1 case, the average stay in hospital were 3 .5 days, The average follow-up period was 11 months and no recurrence was observed,no one had the feeling of foreign body.Conclusions The tension-free hernia repair for umbilical hernia under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu mesh was a effective and credible operative method, and it has many advantages,such as safety,wide indication ,rapid recovery,fewer complication and lower recurrence rate.
