| 摘 要： | 发现被动吸烟的大鼠血和肝中过氧化脂质(LPO)显著高于对照组。经烟滤液处理的低密度脂蛋白(CS-LDL)不能被硫酸-磷钨酸沉淀,提示吸烟可使LDL过氧化而改变其理化性质。含CS-LDL 的烟滤液温育的巨噬细胞中,LPO值和胆固醇堆积量均比对照组高,分别为3.85、20.6 mmol/mg蛋白;92、1 230μg/mg蛋白。表明吸烟可通过使LDL 过氧化促使脂质在巨噬细胞中大量堆积,导致泡沫细胞形成,易致动脉粥样硬化的发生。

| Abstract: | The effects of cigarette smoking on rat and mouse peritoneal macrophages and LDL were explored in this study. It was found in the animal model test that the LPO levels of the experimental group in both serum and liver were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the serum lipid (Cho and TG) levels were normal. Macrophages culture results showed a significant rise in both intracellular LPO and cholesterol in the cigarette -modified group. Further study also showed that the LPO levels in cigarette -modified LDL were much higher than those in normal LDL. From the above it may be suggested that LPO plays a very important role in the pathogenesis of the foam cells and atherosclerosis. |
