彩色多普勒超声对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断与鉴别诊断

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声显像对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析36例经甲状腺穿刺行细胞学检查及临床明确诊断的亚急性甲状腺炎患者的声像图特征。结果亚急性甲状腺炎患者患侧甲状腺呈轻中度肿大,双侧或单侧甲状腺内可出现局限性或弥漫性的不均质回声减低区,边缘不规则,边界不清,无"球体感",呈片状改变,并伴有压痛,回声减低区周围血流信号丰富,而内部血流信号较少。患侧甲状腺上动脉流速增高不明显。结论彩色多普勒超声对于亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

Color Doppler Ultrasound Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Subacute Thyroiditis

Objective To discuss Color Doppler ultrasound value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis in subacute thyroiditis.Methods Retrospective analysed 36 cases of Ultrasonographic characteristics,who were diagnosed as subacute thyroiditis with Cytology by Puncturing thyroid and clinical met-hods.Results Subacute thyroiditis patients with mild to moderate thyroid enlargement of the affected side,bilateral or unilateral thyroid gland showed localized or diffuse areas of heterogeneous echo reduction,edge irregular,ill-defined,no ＂ball sense＂,showing films shape change,accompanied by ten-derness,echo-rich blood flow signals around the lower area,and the internal flow signals less.Ipsilateral superior thyroid artery was not significant veocity.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound might have great valuble in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.
