中老年高血压病患者的心律失常与心率变异

目的:揭示高血压患者心律失常,心率变异性(HRV)的变化及年龄的影响。方法:比较正常人和高血压患者HRV的变化,心律失常的发生率及中年与老年组的差异。结果:(1)与正常人比较,高血压患者HRV明显降低(P<0.05-<0.01);(2)老年组正常人和高血压患者最大、最小心率差,较中年组(正常人和高血压患者)显著下降(P<0.05);(3)高血压病人房、室性心律失常显著多于正常人(P<0.01),老年组更高于中年组(P<0.05-<0.01)。结论:高血压病患者迷走神经功能受损,增龄可加重其损害,且与心律失常的发生有一定关系。

Comparison of dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with hypertension and normal controls in middle and old age groups

Objective: To investigate the heart rate variability (HRV) and arrhythmia in patients with hypertension (EH) and their association with age. Methods: The HRV and arrhythmia were measured in 198 EH patients and 80 normal controls. Results: (1) Compared with normal control the HRV decreased in EH patients (P<0. 05-< 0. 01); (2)The difference of highest heart rate and lowest heart rate decreased (P<0. 05) in aged groups (EH patients and normal control) compared with middle age groups; (3) The atrial arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia of EH group were more than those normal controls (P<<0. 01), the arrythmia of aged EH patients was more than those of middle age group (P<0. 05-<0. 01). Conclusion: The vagus function of EH patient decrease and become more striking with age increasing and it correlates to arrhythmia.
