| Abstract: | This study shows that the attitudes of physicians are very important for hospital performance promotion.A positive physician culture is helpful for the successful application of balanced scorecard in hospital.It is very important to recognize the core role of physicians in hospital operation,get the support from physicians for the hospital operation and development. |
