冰硝散外敷对发育性髋关节脱位术后患肢肿胀的疗效观察

目的：探讨冰硝散外敷对发育性髋关节脱位术后患肢肿胀的疗效及护理方法。方法：将80例发育性髋关节脱位术后行骨牵引的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组应用冰硝散外敷后护理,对照组进行常规护理。结果：与对照组相比,观察组患者患肢肿胀明显减轻。结论：应用冰硝散外敷,可减轻患者痛苦,降低并发症发生率,并可保证手术效果,有临床实用及推广价值。

Efficacy observation of externally-applied Bingxiaosan on affected extremity swelling after developmental dislocation of hip joint surgery

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and care methods of externally-applied Bingxiaosan on affected extremity swelling after developmental dislocation of hip joint surgery.Methods：80 cases of patients with bone traction after developmental dislocation of the hip joint were divided into observation group and control group,each 40 cases.The observation group was treated with externally-applied Bingxiaosan,then nursing care,the control group was used the routine nursing care.Results：Compared with the control group,affected extremity swelling were significantly reduced in the observation group.Conclusion：Externally-applied Bingxiaosan can relieve the pain,reduce the incidence rate of complication and ensure the efficacy and value for clinical utility and promotion.
