| 摘 要： | 目的了解中、晚期孕妇的凝血状态,预防孕妇在分娩过程中及产后大出血而导致的急性DIC及血栓栓塞性疾病的发生。方法对2000例中、晚期孕妇(孕24周以上)使用真空管静脉采血后进行凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)和凝血酶时间(TT)测定。结果中、晚期孕妇的凝血酶原时间(PT)和凝血酶时间(TT)明显低于正常女性,而纤维蛋白原(Fib)明显高于正常女性,活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)较正常女性无明显差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To see the coagulation state of midtrimester and late pregnant women,and prveent the occurrence of the acute DIC and thrombo-embolia sample disease caused by intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage.Method:To the venous bolld of the 2000 midtrimester and late pregnant women who are pregnant over 24 weeks by vacuum tube,and took the tests of prothrobin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),frbrinogen(Fib) and thrombin time(TT).Conclusion:In the 2000 cases,the prothrobin time(PT) and thrombin time(TT) are much lower than the normal women group,the fribrinogen(Fib) is much higher than the normal women group,and the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) is no different from the normal women group. |
