| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方葶苈注射液对肺心病急性发作期各中医证类的疗效。方法：将肺心病急性发作期患者分为血瘀水停，气阴两虚及痰浊阻肺3个证类，复方葶苈注射液治疗，分析总疗效及各证类的疗效；并设西药酚妥拉明对照组作疗效对比。结果：复方葶苈注射液对血瘀水停证类的疗效明显高于其它证类及酚妥拉明对各证类的疗效。结论：复方葶苈注射液体现了辨证论治的优势，用于临床可明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of fufangtingli injection on therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndrome of patients with pulmonary heart disease in acute episod period. Methods: Such patients were divided into three syndromes, blood and fluid stasis, deficiency of both Qi and Yin, phlegm retention in the lung. After treated by Fufangtingli Injection, the total effects and the every syndrome' s efficacy were analysised. Results: The efficacy of Fufangtingli Injection on blood and fluid stasis was superior to on other syndromes, and was superior to phentolamin. Conclusion: Fufangtingli Injection, that has advantage for its feature of TCM, has satisfactory effect in treating. |
