IL-18和IgE在哮喘发作期患者血清中表达水平的研究

目的 研究白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在哮喘发作期患者血清中的表达水平,以及两者的相关性.方法 选取哮喘发作期患者50例,哮喘缓解期患者20例、健康对照者20例.采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ABC-ELISA)测定血清IL-18表达水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IgE表达水平.结果 哮喘发作组血清IL-18和IgE表达水平明显高于哮喘缓解组及健康对照组(P<0.05).哮喘发作期患者血IL-18与IgE表达水平之间存在正相关关系(r=0.865,P<0.05).结论 哮喘发作期患者血清IL-l8和IgE表达水平增高,两者有明显的相关关系.

The investigation of IL-18 and IgE on the serum level in asthma of the acute stage

Objective To evaluate the serum levels of Interleukin-18(IL-18) and Immunoglobulin E(IgE) in asthma of the acute stage,and analyze the relationship between them.Method 50 patients with asthma in the acute stage,20 patients with asthma in the convalesce stage and 20 healthy controls were selected.The levels of IL-18 were measured by ABC-ELISA,while the level of IgE was measured by ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-18 and IgE in asthma of the acute stage were higher than those of asthma in the convalescent stage and healthy controls(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between IL-18 and IgE in the acute stage of asthma(r=0.865,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-18 and IgE were heightened in asthma of the acute stage.There was a positive correlation between IL-18 and IgE.
