| 摘 要： | 目的探讨荧光电子支气管镜(AFB)的临床用途。方法将90例AFB检查病例与应用普通光源支气管镜(WLB)比较,分析AFB的临床应用价值。结果 AFB与WLB比较提高恶性病变的诊断率(P<0.05)。结论 AFB检查能提高中央型肺癌的早期诊断,及早发现肺癌粘膜局部浸润。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application of autofluorescence bronchoscopy(AFB) through analysis of 90 cases.Methods Data of 90 cases were collected,who were examined by AFB combed with white light bronchoscopy(WLB).Compared with WLB examination and AFB,in order to indicate the clinical application value of AFB.Results There was a higher rate of diagnosis of lung cancer by AFB than that of WLB,P<0.05.Conclusions Compared with WLB examination,AFB shows higher sensitivity on the diagnosis of early central lung cancer than by WLB.AFB is an effective tool for screening and also can be a good guide in the detection lung cancer with mucosa memberance infiltration. |
