96例老年性肺结核患者临床特征分析

目的 探讨老年肺结核的临床.方法 对我院的96例老年肺结核患者从临床症状、体征、合并症、实验室检查、X线胸片、临床诊断等方面进行分析.结果 老年肺结核患者以肺部症状和全身症状为主;合并症多,以肺部疾患、心脑血管疾病为主;胸部X片肺部病灶广泛、类型多样,以浸润型为主,易误诊.结论 提高对老年肺结核患者临床特点的认识,要考虑综合诊断方法,提高诊断的准确率.

Analysis of clinical features in 96 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To discuss the clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients.Methods Clinical symptoms,signs,complications,laboratory examination,chest X-ray and clinical diagnosis in 96 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed in our hospital were observed and analyzed.Results Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were the main clinical symptoms.Chest X-ray showed pulmonary lesions widely and multiple types,which were not easy to be distinguished.Types of diagnosis were multiple and mainly Infiltrative,which were easy to be misdiagnosed.Conclusion It is important to improve the understanding of the clinical features of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly patients.Comprehensively considering various diagnostic method can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
