血清瘦素与COPD男性患者 FEV1水平相关性的研究

目的 观察COPD患者血清中瘦素水平变化与FEV1% pred相互关系.方法 设立COPD稳定期组和正常对照组.测定血清瘦素、TNF-α与FEV1% pred进行相关性分析.结果瘦素、TNF-α与COPD患者FEV1% pred值呈负相关关系,两组比较差异具有显著意义;COPD患者血清瘦素与TNF-α呈正相关关系;COPD稳定期组中血清瘦素明显高于正常对照组.结论 瘦素是COPD重要的炎症指标,血清瘦素浓度高低反映病情的严重程度.

Correlation analysis of Blood leptin levels and FEV1 levels in male patients with COPD

Objective To study the relationship of serum leptin in the body and FEV1% pred,and further explore the relationship between clinical severity of COPD patients with stable stage and serum leptin.Methods Pations were dividing into stable COPD group and normal control group.The relationship among leptin,TNF alpha and FEV1% pred were determined.Result FEV1% pred values and leptin,TNF-α,CRP were negative correlation.Conclusion Serum leptin of stable COPD group was significantly higher than the normal control group;serum leptin was negatively correlated with FEV1% pred and positive correlated with TNF-α,indicating that leptin is an important indicator of inflammation,and the level of serum leptin reflects the severity of the disease.
