艾滋病合并肺结核治疗管理模式的研究

目的对艾滋病合并肺结核治疗和管理模式进行探索性研究。方法观察确诊的艾滋病合并肺结核患者151例抗结核治疗的服药依从性、治疗效果及药物不良反应的发生率,并进行停药半年、1年、2年随访。结果 151例患者服药依从性100%,因反复肝功能损害中断治疗率1.32%(2/151),治疗过程中死亡3例,死亡率1.99%(3/151),治疗成功率94.04%(142/151),治疗失败2.65%(4/151)。随访停药半年、1年肺结核无复发,停药2年复发率1.41%(2/142),治疗成功患者2年生存率99.3%(141/142)。结论合理规范的HIV/TB双重感染的治疗和管理模式,不但可以减少和避免病人之间的交叉感染,更能确保服药依从性,减少丢失率,提高治疗效果和降低死亡率。

Research on management mode and treatment of AIDS with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the management mode and treatment of AIDS with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB).Methods Compliance,effect and drug adversity rate of anti-tuberculosis therapy in 151 patients with AIDS and PTB confirmed from January 2008 to December 2009 were observed.and then followed up for one year and two years after stopping administration respectively half a year.Results The compliance of drug-taking patients showed 100%,and 1.32%(2/151) of patients got interrupted due to repeated functional lesion.3 death case in the treatment course accounted for a mortality rate of 1.99%(3/151),success rate of treatment accounted for 94.04%(142/151) while failure for 2.65%(4/151).No one reoccurred PTB when following up for half a year and one year;1.41%(2/142) of patients reoccurred after two years and survival rate accounted for 99.3%(141/142).Conclusion Reasonable and regular mode of treatment and management of HIV/TB co-infection not only could decreased and prevented cross transmission among the patients,but also assured the administration compliance,reduced lost-to-follow-up rate,raised effect and lowered the mortality rate.
