生脉注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗毒副反应及免疫功能的影响

目的 观察生脉注射液防治晚期肺癌患者化疗引起骨髓抑制、毒副反应及免疫功能的影响.方法 将58例晚期肺癌患者随机分两组,治疗组30例.化疗前3天加用生脉注射液,连续2周.对照组28例单纯化疗.观察两组相同化疗方案后白细胞、T淋巴细胞及其亚群的变化和全身不良反应的发生率.结果 治疗组与对照组外周血白细胞均有不同程度的下降,但两组比较,对照组下降更为明显,P<0.05;T淋巴细胞及其亚群在对照组比治疗组变化也更明显,P<0.05;全身不良反应发生率对照组比治疗组更高,P<0.05.结论 生脉注射液对晚期肺癌化疗的患者有增加免疫机能,减轻骨髓抑制,减轻全身不良反应.

Shengmai Injection Plus Combined chemotherapy Cure Advanced NSCLC

Objective To observe the myelosuppression、immunity function and side effects of Shengmai inject for advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Fifty eight patients w ith NSCLC were randomized two groups,28 patients on control;30 pat ients on oberves,the chemotherapy drugs were the same in two groups.the lat ter had been received Shengmai injection(60 ml) containing 5% GS 500 ml once a day for two weeks before 3 days of the chemotherapy.The peripheral w hite blood cells,platelet、T-cells subtropics and side effects w ere evaluated after two weeks.Results The peripheral w hite blood cells,platelet hand hemoglobin in the control group were much lower(P<0.05).T-cells subtropics change were more obvious on control groups than on observed groups(P<0.05),the rate of side effects on control groups were higher than on observed groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sheng mai inject ion can effectively improve living quality and immunity function of pat ient s,relieve clinical symptom and reduce myelosuppression after chemotherapy.
