男性急性脑卒中患者下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴功能测定及血清催乳激素水平观察

目的 观察男性急性脑卒中时血清垂体促性腺激素、性腺激素和催乳激素 (PRL)水平的变化。 方法 用放射免疫分析法测定94例男性急性脑卒中患者的血清PRL、黄体生成激素 (LH)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇 (E 2)水平。46例男性高血压动脉硬化患者作为对照组。 结果 急性脑卒中患者与对照组相比血清PRL、LH、FSH、T、E 2 水平升高 (P<0.01) ,以脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血及重型患者升高尤为明显。结论 男性急性脑卒中患者存在下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴功能及催乳素分泌异常

Observation on hypothalamus-hypophysis-gonad axis and prolactin in male patients with acute stroke

Objective To observe the changes of pituitary gonadotropin,sex hormone and prolactin in male patients with acute stroke.Methods The level of prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimmulating hormone(FSH),testerone(T),and estradiol(E 2) in 94 male patients with acute stroke and 46 male hypentensive patients with a therosclerosis (as control) were determined with radioimmunoassay.ResultsmmCompared with the controls,the levels of PRL,LH,FSH,T and E 2 were increased in different degree,especially in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage and in severe conditions.Conclusion The male patients with acute stroke had some abnormality in the hypothalamus-hypophysis-gonad axis and PRL.
