| 摘 要： | 目的 观察晚期恶性肿瘤合并脓毒血症患者血浆组织因子途径抑制物（TFPI）、组织因子（TF）含量的变化及其与严重感染的关系.方法 用酶联免疫吸附法测定TFPI、TF含量.结果 与正常对照组比较,晚期恶性肿瘤非感染组血浆中TFPI、TF抗原含量升高（P＜0.05）,感染组TFPI、TF抗原含量明显升高（P＜0.01）;与晚期恶性肿瘤非感染组比较,晚期恶性肿瘤感染组TFPI、TF抗原水平升高 （P＜0.05）.结论 晚期恶性肿瘤合并脓毒血症病人在感染早期TFPI、TF抗原含量比非感染期进一步升高,有利于肿瘤患者合并严重感染的早期判断.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of plasma tissue factor pathway inhihtor(TPFI)and tissue factor TF in the advanced malignancy patients with sepsis and the relation of TFPI and TF with the infection and its degree.Metheds TFPI and TF antigens were measured by ELISA assay.Results Both in non-sepsis group and sepsis group of advanced stage malignancy,the level of TFPI and TF antigen were significantly higher than that in normal reference group(P<0.05).There was significant difference for TFPI and TF antigen in non-sepsis and sepsis group of advanced stage malignancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The TFPI and TF antigen levels in patients of advanced malignancy with sepsis were significantly higher than that in non-sepsis group of advanced malignancy,Which is beneficial to diagnose early of sepsis for the patients of advanced malignancy. |
