| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小钢板螺钉联合髓内钉内固定治疗不稳定性股骨及胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对22例不稳定性股骨及胫骨骨折患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:22例骨折患者均得到早期恢复,无骨折移位、骨不连及小钢板螺钉松动等并发症,无明显跛行,膝踝关节功能良好。结论:采用小钢板螺钉联合髓内钉内固定治疗不稳定性股骨及胫骨骨折,对骨碎片的复位固定、控制骨折的旋转活动及增强骨折的固定强度有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment effect on fracture of instability thighbone by applying the small steel plate bolt together inside marrow nail fixed.Methods:The study were made on stability of fixation,fracture cicatrisation,the function recovering and syndrome with follow 6 years to 22 cases.Results:Twenty-wo cases gained resume early without syndrome of fracture replacement,bone uncured and small steel plate bolt pine moving.Conclusion:there is a fine effect to replacement of bone fragment,control movement and buildup the fixed strength applying this therapy. |
