| 摘 要： | 本文报告20例显微外科手术切除矢状窦旁脑膜瘤.按Simpson切除分级标准:I级切除14例,Ⅱ级切除6例.无手术死亡.12例经6个月～9年随访,无肿瘤复发.认为采用显微技术手术.视野解剖清楚.保护了矢状窦、中央为静脉和重要脑功能区.可提高肿瘤全切除率.

| Abstract: | Twenty cases of parasagittal mening-iomas were resected with microsurgical operation. According to Simpson resectional standard, 14 cases belonged to Simpson I and 6 Simpson II . There was no operative mortality in this group. 12 cases were followed-up from 0. 5 to 9 years and no tumor recurrence was found. The microsurgical management of parasagittal menin-giomas is beneficial to prevent injury of the sagittal sinus, the central vein and other important areas of the brain. Total resection rate of the tumor was increased by this technique. |
