淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床病理及免疫学特征

目的：探讨贵州省淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床及免疫学特征。方法：对收集的淋巴瘤病例进行重新制作切片、重新阅片并做CD20、LCA、CD45RO、CD3、CD56免疫组织化学标记。结果：明确180例恶性淋巴瘤，其中淋巴结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤66例，占36．67％。对结外淋巴瘤根据肿瘤细胞免疫学分类：B淋巴细胞（BCL）35例（53．05％），T淋巴细胞（TCL）17例（10．61％），NK／T淋巴瘤24例（36．36％）；根据病变部位分类：黏膜相关淋巴组织（MALT）淋巴瘤43例（65．15％），其它部位淋巴瘤20例（30．30％），皮肤相关淋巴组织（SALT）淋巴瘤最少，仅3例（4．55％）；组织学前3位依次是鼻23例（34．8％），胃肠17例（25．76％），弥漫大细胞淋巴瘤12例（18．18％）。结论：贵州省结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床病理及免疫学特征基本符合我国结外淋巴瘤发病情况，但BCL略多于TCL及NK／T。

The Pathological and Immunological Features of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma outside Lymph Nodes

Objective： To investigate the pathological and immunological features of lymph nodes of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma outside lymph nodes in Guizhou province. Methods： Tissues of 180 cases of malignant lymphoma collected before were sliced and immunohistochemistry methods were adopted to analyze the specimens with markers of CD20, LCA, CD45RO, CD3, and CD56. Results： Among the 180 cases of malignant lymphoma, 66 cases were non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma outside lymph nodes （36.67%）, of which 35 belonged to BCL （53.05%）, 17 to TCL （10.61%）, and 24 to NK/T （ 36.36% ） according to the lymphoma tumor immunological classification. In regard to the lesion locations, 43 cases （65.15%） were mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue （MALT） lymphoma, and 20 cases （30.30%） located in other parts. Only three cases （4.55%） were skin associated lymphoid tissue （SALT） lymphoma. In regard to the histological classification, the top 3 types were nose tumor（23 cases, 34.8% ）, gastrointestinal, tumor（ 17 cass,25.76% ）, and suffusion Large-cell lymphoma（ 12 eases, 18.18% ）. Conclusions： The pathological and immunological features of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma in Guizhou are consistent with those of the state, except that the cases of type BCL are somewhat more than those of types TCL and NK/T.
