| 摘 要： | 观察阳虚体质者内分泌功能和环核苷酸系统及免疫功能的变化，探索阳虚质特征、成因与生理生化指标的关联性。方法：在临床流行病学调查的基础上，按阳虚质和平和质的诊断标准筛选阳虚质60例和平和质50例，清晨8：00～9：00空腹抽取静脉血8ml,3000r／min离心5min分离血清，-70℃冰箱中保存，采用酶联免疫吸附检测（enzyme—linked immunosorbent assay，ELISA）法测定阳虚质及平和质血清皮质酮、皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素（adrenocorticotrophic hormone，ACTH）、环腺苷酸（cyclic adenosine monophosphate，cAMP）、环乌苷酸（cyclic guanosine monophosphate，cGMP）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（free triiodothyronine，FT3）、游离甲状腺素（free thyroxine，FT4）、促甲状腺素（thyrotropic—stimulating hormone，TSH）、白细胞介素1β（interleukin-1β，IL-1β）和白细胞介素2（interleukin-2，IL-2）水平，计算cAMP／cGMP比值，并对阳虚质与平和质上述指标之间的差异进行分析。结果：与平和质比较，阳虚质血清皮质酮、cAMP／cGMP比值、IL-1β和TSH含量较高，而血清皮质醇、ACTH、cGMP及FT。含量则较低。结论：阳虚质与下丘脑-垂体肾上腺轴、下丘脑-垂体甲状腺轴功能减退，及环核苷酸系统和免疫功能紊乱具有一定的关联性。 |
