| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肝素钙雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例毛细支气管炎的患儿随机分为两组,在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组50例加用肝素钙雾化吸入,对照组50例加用生理盐水雾化吸入,5d为一疗程。结果:治疗组咳嗽、气喘、三凹征、肺部啰音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短（P<0.05),但两组住院天数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:肝素钙雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效确切,方法简便,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observation of the effects of nebulized-inhalation of heparin calcium on bronchiolitis. Methods: 50 cases of bronchiolitis were divided randomly into 2 groups: treatment group (n=50) treated with nebulized-inhalation of heparin calcium in addition to traditional therapy, and control group (n=50) with normal solution. Each group was treated for 5 days. Results: The recovery time of clinical cough, wheezing and lung signs were obviously shortened in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05). No significant difference of hospitalization days was observed in two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: With better clinical effect and simple application, nebulized-inhalation of heparin calcium is of choice for treatment of bronchiolitis. |
