不同孕期孕妇抑郁状态的调查分析

目的了解不同孕期孕妇发生抑郁的情况,为开展有效的心理护理提供依据。方法采用自评抑郁量表SDS及自设问卷对孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期3个不同阶段的120名孕妇进行问卷调查。结果49.2%的孕妇存在不同程度的抑郁情绪;不同阶段孕妇的抑郁发生率无显著性差异;意外怀孕的妇女抑郁发生率明显高于有准备怀孕的妇女(P<0.05)。结论产科护理人员应注意孕妇的心理状态,根据孕期不同阶段孕妇所关心的问题给予相应的健康宣教和心理护理,以减少孕期抑郁的发生。

Depression of Pregnant Women in Different Pregnancy Phases

Objective To explore depression disorder of pregnant women in different pregnancy phases in order to provide reference for effective psychological nursing.Methods 120 pregnant women in early, middle and late phases of pregnancy were selected and investigated using SDS and self-designed questionnaire.Results 49.2% of the patients appeared depression of varying degrees.The incidences of depression were not significantly different between different phases of pregnancy, though the incident was higher in accidentally conceived women than that in planned pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetric nurses should pay more attention to psychological status of pregnant women and provide appropriate health education and psychological nursing for them in order to decrease the incidence of pregnant depression.
