更昔洛韦联合He-Ne激光治疗眼带状疱疹40例疗效分析

目的 观察更昔洛韦联合He-Ne激光治疗眼带状疱疹的临床疗效.方法 将40例眼带状疱疹患者随机分成两组,治疗组20例给予更昔洛韦静脉输入,VitB1、VitB12服,合并角膜炎、虹膜睫状体炎者加用更昔洛韦滴眼液及散瞳药,同时联合He-Ne激光照射三叉神经相应部位;对照组20例单独给予上述药物治疗.观察患者水疱结痂,疼痛消失及眼并发症消失的时间.结果 治疗组水疱结痂及疼痛消失时间、眼并发症消失时间明显短于对照组.结论 联合He-Ne激光疗法治疗眼带状疱疹疗效明显优于单独药物治疗.

Analysis the result of 40 herpes zoster ophthalmicus cases treated with Ganciclovir associated laser He-Ne

Objective To analyze the result of herpes zoster ophthalmicus treated with Ganciclovir associated with laser He-Ne.Methods Forty cases of herpes zoster ophthalmicus were divided into two groups randomly,each group had 20 cases.The treatment group received Ganciclovir intravenously and VitB1, VitB12 orally.When complicated with keratoiditis and iridocyclitis,Ganciclovir gutta and mydimtic were used and combined with laser He-Ne irradiated the trifacial nerve.However the control group only treated with drugs.Then we observe the time of blister scabed and pain faded and ocular complication disappeared.Result The time of blister scabbed,pain faded and ocular complication disappeared was recorded,the treatment group was shorter than the control group.Conclusions The effect of drugs associated with Laser He-Ne to treat with herpes zoster ophthalmicus is better than only by drugs.
