延边地区汉族青少年血压与肥胖的关系

目的]了解延边地区青少年血压与肥胖指标的关系.方法]采用整群抽样方法,于2008—2009年间给延边地区安图县4所高中毕业生进行体格检查,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压等指标,其中资料完整的汉族学生共为1 658人.结果]男生及女生血压偏高检出率分别为20.8%和7.8%,男生明显高于女生,其RR值为0.323(95%CI:0.239～0.436).男生及女生血压偏高组的身高、体重、BMI、SBP、DBP均高于血压正常组.单变量线性分析结果表明,SBP、DBP水平均呈随着BMI增高而增加的趋势.偏相关分析结果显示,SBP和DBP与身高、体重、BMI、腰围和臀围均显著相关,WHtR仅与DBP间具有明显的正相关关系.结论]延边地区汉族青少年血压与肥胖密切相关.

Relationship between blood pressure and obesity in the Han adolescent of Yanbian area

OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between blood pressure and obesity indexs in the Han adolescents of Yanbian area.METHODSBy using the cluster sampling approach,1658 subjects of the Han adolescents were finally selected to do physical examination in the four high schools in the Antu country of Yanbian from 2008 to 2009,and it was surveyed that the indexs of height(HT),weight(WT),waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(Hip),blood pressure(BP) and so on.RESULTS20.8% of detection rate of high blood pressure in boys were higher than 7.8% in girls,and the value of RR was 0.323(95%CI was 0.239—0.436).The surveyed value of HT,WT,WC,Hip and systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) with high BP were higher than that with normal BP.Results of the univariate linear analysis showed that the levels of SBP,DBP increased along with the increase of BMI,and the partial correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between SBP,DBP and HT,WT,WC,Hip and BMI,and WHtR correlated only with DBP.CONCLUSIONThe BP correlates closely with obesity in the Han adolescents of Yanbian area.
