| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨治疗髌骨骨折的临床方法及疗效。[方法]对某院2007年1月～2009年1月113例髌骨骨折患者的治疗(其中手术治疗89例,保守治疗24例)进行回顾性分析,寻找治疗髌骨骨折的最佳治疗方法。[结果]本组113例患者随访6～l8个月,平均10个月。伤口均I期愈合,无感染发生。骨折全部愈合,无退钉、螺钉松脱和皮肤刺激等并发症发生。以Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分标准进行评分:优95例,良18例,优良率为100%。[结论]髌骨骨折无论采用手术治疗还是保守治疗,只要方法选择得当,骨折均可完全愈合,并发症发生率低。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To discuss the therapeutic methods and clinical effect of patellar fractures. [Methods] Patients with patellar fracture admitted in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2009 were selected. According to retrospective analysis about the 113 cases with patellar fracture (89 of which are treated by surgery, and 24 by conservative treatment), we selected reasonable therapeutic methods for patellar fractures.
