| 摘 要： | 目的 观察在表面麻醉下进行巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。方法对221例（254只眼）患者在表面麻醉下行巩膜隧道切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除并植入后房型人工晶体。结果术后3d视力t〉0．5者204只眼（80．31％），术后一周视力0．5—1．0者230只眼（90．55％）。随访3—12个月，视力稳定。结论表面麻醉下巩膜隧道切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术是一种手术时间短、疗效好，设备要求简单，适合基层医院推广的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of artificial lens implantation with scleral tunnel incision under topical anesthesia. Methods Under topical anesthesia,256 eyes with cataract were performed non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction through scleral tunner incision and implanted posterior chamber lens.
