| 摘 要： | 目的探讨树突状细胞疫苗治疗轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者后血清IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10的变化。方法乙肝疫苗冲击的树突状细胞(106),1次/月,共12次,用于36例轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者。血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及IFN-γ水平测定用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法。比较治疗后应答组、未应答组患者血清中这些因子量的改变。结果应答组在树突状细胞疫苗治疗后IL-2、IFN-γ明显升高,而IL-4、IL-10降低不明显。结论树突状细胞疫苗治疗能够改善轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者的Th1/Th2平衡和细胞免疫功能。树突状细胞疫苗有可能对人类慢性乙型肝炎治疗有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4,IL-10 in serum from mild chronic hepatitis B patients after dendritic cell vaccine treatment. Methods HBsAg vaccine-pulsed dendritic cell （106） were injected into 36 mild CHB patients once a month. The therapy were repeated for 12 times. The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 in serum were evaluated by an engymelinked immunosorbent assay （Eilsa）. The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 in serum were compared respectively in response and no-response groups after DC vaccine treatment. Result The levels of IL-2,IFN-γy were significantly higher （P〈0.01） and the levels of IL-4, IL-10 were not decreased significantly in response group. Conclusion DC vaccine was able to improve Th1/Th2 balance and cellularimmunity function in mild CFIB patients. DC vaccine might be effective to the treatment of CHB infection in human. |
