survivin、p504S和p63蛋白在前列腺病变组织中的表达及意义

目的 研究p504S、p63、survivin蛋白在前列腺病变组织中的表达及生物学意义，并探讨其相关性。方法 采用免疫组化SP法对50例前列腺癌（PCa）、15例良性前列腺增生（BPH）组织中p504S、p63、survivin进行联合检测。结果 15例BPH组织的p63阳性表达率为100％（15／15），p504S、survivin染色皆呈阴性：50例PCa组织的p504S的阳性表达率为94％（47／50），survivin阳性表达率为70％（35／50），p504S阳性强度表达明显高于survivin，p63阳性表达率为6％（3／50）：三例PCa的p63阳性表达中二例为转移癌伴复发、一例为复发癌。且p504S、survivin均呈阳性表达。同时其survivin阳性强度表达不仅高于p504S阳性强度，而且高于其他PCa的阳性强度。三种蛋白在BPH、PCa组织中的阳性表达率存在显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论 p63阴性表达、p504S阳性表达是诊断前列腺癌的重要指标，而8urvivin阳性表达趋势可能在鉴别转移癌或预后具有重要意义，因此。p63、p504S和survivin联合检测可提高前列腺癌珍断的准确率．

The Expression and the Significance of survivin, p504S and p63 Proteins in Prostatic Pathologic Change

Objective To make a study of the expression and the cIinical pathological significance of survivin,p504S and p63 proteins in prostatic pathologic change and explore their correlation.Methods SP immuno-histochemical method was adopted to carry out combined tests of p504S,p63 and survivin in 50 cases of prostatic cancer(PCa)and 15 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Results The positive expression rate of p63 in the 15 cases of BPH tissue was 100%(15/15),and the staining of p504s and survivin appeared negative,The positive expression rate of p504S in tile 50 cases of PCa tissue was 94%(47/50),and that of survivin was 70%(35/50)and that of p63 6%(3/50).The positive expression rate of p504S was obviously higher than that of survivin.Of the 3 cases of PCa,the positive expression rate of p63 of 2 were carcinoma metastaticum accompanying recurrent cancer,and that of 1 was recurrent cancen And the expressions of and survivin appeared positive.Meanwhile the intensity of survivin positive expression was higher than that of p504S and also higher than that of other PCa.There was noteddifference in the positive expressions of the 3 kinds of protein in BPH and PCa tissues(P<0.01).Conclusion Thep 63 negative expression and the p504S positive expression are important indexes in diagnosing PCa,and the survivin positive expression is important in differen tiating carcinoma metastaticum and prognosis.So the combined tests of p63,p504S and survivin can improve the accurate rate of diagnosing PCa.
