摘    要:目的:通过在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)开展品管圈活动,提高个人调配速率及工作效率,确保临床及时用药。方法:根据品管圈质量管理方法,以静脉用药调配中心第三批次药品的调配速率作为研究对象,通过记录输液总量、配制人数及配制时间,相比得出的速率值(单位:袋/小时)作为衡量指标,按照品管圈活动的十大步骤,拟定计划书,把握现状、设定目标、解析问题、拟定对策,并对政策的实施进行效果确认,制定标准化流程,最后对整个活动进行总结,提出品管圈活动的改进意见。结果:通过品管圈活动,查找到影响个人调配速率的主要原因是操作不规范、备品准备不充分和其他个人因素。通过开展品管圈活动,个人调配速率由活动前的88袋/小时,提高到改善后的106袋/小时,进步率为20.4%。结论:品管圈活动不仅提高了静脉用药调配中心的个人调配速率,亦提高了各圈员解决问题的能力及参与管理的意识,形成标准化文件,完善了静脉用药调配中心的工作流程及规章制度。

Abstract:Objective:To improve individual allocation rate and work efficiency and to ensure timely clinical medication by carrying out quality control circle (QCC) activity in pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). Methods:The allocation rate of the third batch drugs in PIVAS was studied according to QCC quality management method. The transfusion volume, the number of admixture and admixture time were recorded and calculated to get the rate value (unit:bags/h) as a measurement index. Firstly, a plan was developed, practical situation was understood, objective was set up, questions were analyzed, and countermeasures were proposed according to ten steps of QCC. Secondly, the effect of implementation of such policies was confirmed and standard operating procedures were developed. Finally, the entire QCC activity was summarized and suggestions for improvement on QCC activity were put forward. Results:QCC activity showed that main reasons for affecting the individual allocation rate consisted of substandard operation, insufficient spares and individual factors. The individual allocation rate increased from 88 bags/h before the QCC activity to 106 bags/h after QCC activity, with the progress rate of 20.4%. Conclusion:QCC activity not only improved the allocation rate of PIVAS but also increased the ability to solve problems and enhanced awareness of participation in the management of the circle members. Furthermore, standardized documents were developed and the working procedures, rules and regulations of PIVAS were improved.
