何梦瑶应用健脾利湿法治疗泄泻的适宜性浅析

健脾法和利湿法虽然为治疗泄泻常用的治法，但是有些证型更适合用其他的治法。以下通过研究清代医家何梦瑶辨治泄泻的用药规律，浅析积泻、寒泻、肾泻、脾泻、食泻等证型对健脾法或利湿法的适宜性。

Suitability analysis of invigorating spleen and diuresis method in treating diarrhea based on the summary of herbal used by HE Meng-yao

Invigorating spleen method and diuresis method are two of the most common methods used in treating diarrhea, but there are some types of diarrhea that are more suitable treated with other methods rather than with those two. By referring to the summary of how HE Meng-yao is physichan in Qing Dynasty who treats diarrhea, this article analyzes the suitability of invigorating spleen method and diuresismethod in treating diarrhea caused by deposit in intestines, cold type diarrhea, diarrhea caused by food deposit, spleen diarrhea and renal diarrhea.
