摘    要:[目的] 研究血府逐瘀方不同制剂中的挥发性成分。[方法] 采用顶空气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-GC/MS)分析血府逐瘀胶囊、软胶囊、片剂及口服液中的挥发性成分,通过NIST-10标准谱库检索各挥发性成分,采用面积归一化法计算各挥发性成分的相对百分含量。[结果] 血府逐瘀胶囊中鉴定了21个挥发性成分,主要为乙酸、苯甲醛、藁本内酯、2-甲基丁醛等。血府逐瘀软胶囊中鉴定了10个挥发性成分,主要为酯类化合物。血府逐瘀片中鉴定了22个挥发性成分,主要为柠檬烯、3-甲基丁醛、藁本内酯、2-甲基丁醛等。血府逐瘀口服液中鉴定了5个挥发性成分。[结论] 构建的HS-GC/MS法可用于血府逐瘀方不同制剂中挥发性成分的分析,为血府逐瘀制剂质量控制研究提供依据。

Abstract:[Objective] To identify the volatile components in different preparations of Xuefu Zhuyu, a rapid GC-MS method was established.[Methods] Headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) was employed for identification of the components in Xuefu Zhuyu capsules, Xuefu Zhuyu soft capsules, Xuefu Zhuyu tablets and Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid.The volatile components were retrieved by NIST-10 library, the relative percentage contents of which were calculated by area normalization method.[Results] The 21 volatile components were identified from Xuefu Zhuyu capsules, including acetic acid, benzaldehyde, ligustilide and 2-methyl-butanal etc.The 22 volatile components were identified in Xuefu Zhuyu tablets, including limonene, 3-methyl-butanal, ligustilide and 2-methyl-butanal etc.Ten and five volatile components were identified in Xuefu Zhuyu soft capsules and Xuefu Zhuyu oral liquid, respectively.[Conclusion] In this study, the method established can be used for the detection and analysis of volatile components in different preparation of Xuefu Zhuyu.The results could provide the basis for the quality control of preparation of Xuefu Zhuyu.
