中医分期论治咳嗽变异性哮喘的验案一则

咳嗽变异性哮喘,至今中医尚无确切的命名,临床研究报道中多归属“咳嗽、喘证、哮病”等病,其治疗多以干预急性发作期为主,很少涉及分期管理。本病应从“风哮”论治,因病因及病变过程不同,其治疗则不同,重在分期论治,急性发作期治以疏风宣肺、慢性缓解期治以肃痰通络、稳定期治以健脾固表,收效显著。
