喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效分析

目的：探讨喜炎平注射液在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用效果。方法：以我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的100例小儿手足口病患儿作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组给予利巴韦林注射液，治疗组给予喜炎平注射液进行治疗，比较两组疗效以及体温恢复时间、皮疹消退时间、肝功能恢复率、肌钙蛋白转阴率及肠道病毒转阴率。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.00%，对照组总有效率为72.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组体温恢复时间及皮疹消退时间明显比对照组短，治疗组肝功能恢复率、肌钙蛋白转阴率及肠道病毒转阴率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著，并且见效快，是临床上治疗小儿手足口病的优选药物。

Effect of Xiyanping Injection Treated Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

Objective: To explore xi phlogistic flat injection in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease application effect. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2015, 100 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease children as the research object, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group to give ribavirin injection, the treatment group given Xiyanping injection treatment, compared two groups of curative effect and temperature recovery time, time fades, liver function recovery rate, troponin turn rate and rate of intestinal virus turns shade. Results: Treatment group total effective rate was 92.00%, control group total effective rate was 72.00% (P<0.05). Temperature recovery time and the time fades treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group, treatment group liver function recovery ratio, troponin turn overcast rate and intestinal virus rate is significantly higher than the control group, two groups data significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiyanping injection treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease curative effect is distinct, and quick effect, is the preferred drug for clinical treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease.
