| 摘 要： | 综述广藿香药理作用及机制研究进展。广藿香为临床常用的芳香化湿药,主要含有广藿香醇、广藿香酮等挥发性成分和黄酮类等非挥发性成分,其具有保护胃肠道、抗病原微生物、抗炎、镇痛、解热、镇吐、止咳、化痰、通便、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和调节免疫系统等药理作用。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research progress on pharmacological effects and mechanism of Herba Pogostemonis. As a clinical commonly used aromatic with effects of resolving dampness,it mainly includes volatile components such as patchouli alcohol and pogostone and non-volatile components such as flavonoids. It shows various pharmacological effects such as protecting the gastrointestinal tract,anti-pathogenic microorganism,anti-inflammatory,analgesic activity,relieving fever,antiemetic action,arresting cough,dissipating phlegm,relaxing bowels,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,regulation of immune system and so on. |
