婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎肺外损害的临床特点

摘    要:目的:探讨婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎肺外损害的临床特点,指导临床早期合理干预。方法:收集2008年6月至2013年12月我院儿科收治的112例RSV肺炎患儿的临床资料,采用回顾性分析方法对其肺外损害情况进行分析。结果:112例患儿中有60例(53.57%)存在肺外系统器官损害,包括消化系统、心血管系统、泌尿系统、血液系统及胸膜、皮肤等。存在早产、低龄(臆1岁)、人工喂养、贫血因素的患儿发生肺外损害的概率较大。结论:婴幼儿RSV肺炎肺外损害可累及多系统器官,早产、低龄(臆1岁)、人工喂养、贫血等是RSV肺炎患儿发生肺外损害的危险因素。临床应加强防范措施,密切观察病情变化,及早干预,以减少肺外损害的发生。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the extrapulmonary injury manifestation in children with Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection for early and reasonable intervention. Methods: Retrospective investigation and analysis were carried out in 112 cases of children with RSV pneumonia who enrolled from June 2008 to December 2013. Results: Multiple system and viscera damage or tissue injury had been found in 60 cases among 112 children infected with RSV, which included of digestive system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, blood system, pleura and skin, etc. There were higher incidence of extrapulmonary damage in premature infants, low age (onset age less one year), artificial feeding and anemia. Conclusion: The extrapulmonary damage manifestation of children with RSV infection were the multiple system and organ damage in majority, especially in premature infants, low age (onset age less one year), artificial feeding and anemia. It should be pay attention to as well as early intervention to the children with RSV for reducing the incidence rate of extrapulmonary damage.
