| 摘 要： | 胸腔镜手术虽有切口小、疼痛轻、术后恢复快等优点,但仍有术后疼痛特别是肋间神经痛,若不能及时镇痛,可形成慢性疼痛,严重影响患者生活质量。目前神经阻滞越来越多被用于胸腔镜术后镇痛,其方法较多,本文就肋间神经阻滞、胸段硬膜外阻滞和胸椎旁神经阻滞在胸腔镜术后镇痛中的应用进行综述。
