聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效分析

目的对聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a(PEG-IFNα-2a)联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效进行分析。方法选择2013-01—2017-01间南方医科大学附属南海医院收治的60例慢性丙型肝炎患者作为此次研究分析的对象,,并将其随机分为两组,即对照组与观察组。对照组患者给予利巴韦林与普通干扰素(重组人干扰素α-2b注射液)进行治疗,观察组则采用PEG-IFNα-2a联合利巴韦林治疗。比较两组患者的病毒应答情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的持续病毒学应答(SVR)、早期病毒学应答(EVR)及病毒学无应答(NR)均优于对照组;观察组的不良反应发生率为16.67%,对照组的不良反应发生率为46.67%,两组比较,观察组的不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性丙型肝炎患者PEG-IFNα-2a联合利巴韦林进行治疗,其临床疗效确切,副反应相对较少,具有进一步推广与应用价值。
