我院术后患者镇痛泵使用情况的调查分析

目的：调查并分析我院患者术后镇痛泵的使用情况，为镇痛泵的合理使用提供参考。方法：收集我院2016年3月手术患者资料，对使用镇痛泵的患者进行跟踪随访，对其镇痛有效率、镇静有效率、不良反应发生率等进行统计分析。结果：我院2016年3月术后使用镇痛泵的患者有103例，占手术总量的12%；使用镇痛泵的患者镇痛有效率为77.7%，镇静有效率为80.5%，严重恶心呕吐的患者占6.8%，头晕的患者占25.2%。结论：我院术后使用镇痛泵的患者镇痛有效率和镇静有效率较高；对于使用镇痛泵所带来的副作用，应引起麻醉医师的关注。

Investigation of Analgesia Pump Usage among Postoperative Patients in Our Hospital

Objective: To investigate and analyze the analgesia pump usage among postoperative patients in our hospital so as to provide data references for the rational use of hospital analgesia pump. Methods: The information on surgical patients in our hospital in March 2016 was collected; the patients using analgesia pump were followed up and the analgesic effectiveness, sedation effectiveness as well as adverse reaction rates of these patients were statistically analyzed.Results: In March, there were 103 cases of postoperative analgesia pump usage in our hospital, accounting for 12% of the total amount of surgery; the analgesic effective rate of the patients using analgesia pump was 77.7%, the effciency of sedation rate was 80.5%, patients with severe nausea and vomiting accounted for 6.8%, and 25.2% of patients had dizziness.Conclusion: Patients with postoperative analgesia pump usage in our hospital had relatively high analgesic effectiveness and effciency of sedation; anesthesiologists need to pay attention to the side effects of the analgesia pump.
