| 摘 要： | 综述延胡索的化学成分、药理活性和毒副作用的研究现状。目前从延胡索中分离并鉴定出40多种生物碱和大量非生物碱类物质;延胡索除具有镇痛、镇静、抗血栓药理活性外,还具有抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病及糖尿病并发症、提高机体抗应激能力等活性。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research status of chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and toxic side effects of Rhizoma Corydalis. At present,more than 40 kinds of alkaloids as well as a large number of non-alkaloid substances have been separated and identified from Rhizoma Corydalis. Except the analgesic,sedative and antithrombotic effects,it also shows the pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor,anti-diabetes and diabetic complications,improving the body resistance to stress. With the widespread application of Rhizoma Corydalis,there are a few studies on its toxic side effects. |
