超临界萃取香樟叶精油的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选超临界流体萃取法提取香樟叶精油的工艺条件。方法:将自然干燥的香樟叶剪成约6 cm×1 cm大小的片状,以萃取温度、萃取压力和萃取时间为研究对象,在单因素试验的基础上,进行三因素三水平正交试验。以香樟叶精油萃取率为评价指标,优选超临界流体萃取香樟叶精油的工艺条件。结果:正交试验结果显示最佳萃取条件为萃取温度45℃,萃取压力15 MPa,萃取时间90 min。在该萃取条件下,香樟叶精油的萃取率为10.2%。结论:超临界流体萃取法提取香樟叶精油具有较高的萃取率,最佳萃取条件是萃取温度45℃,萃取压力15 MPa,萃取时间90 min,且萃取压力对萃取率的影响具有显著性差异。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the oil extraction procedure from Cinnamomum camphora leaves by supercritical fluid extraction.Methods:By air drying,the leaves were cut into pieces by sizes of 6 cm×1 cm.The experiment started with single factor test of the extraction effects associated with temperature,pressure and time on extraction yields before applying orthogonal experiment to optimizing the three factors.Results:Orthogonal test showed that the optimum extraction conditions were involved in temperature at 45 ℃,pressure by 15 MPa and time for 90 min,and that processing technique could harvest the oil from Cinnamomum camphora leaves by 10.2%.Conclusion: Oil extraction from Cinnamomum camphora leaves by supercritical fluid processing can be productive under the optimum conditions described above.Of the three factors,extraction temperature may greatly affect the oil output.
