| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合千喜片＋水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶片（SASP）＋泼尼松]治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效。方法：将70例活动期UC患者按随机数字表法平均分为治疗组（予以千喜片＋SASP＋泼尼松治疗）和对照组（予以SASP＋泼尼松治疗）,治疗1个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义;治疗组总有效率与对照组无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：SASP加糖皮质激素基础上加用中成药千喜片治疗活动期UC的显效率明显优于使用SASP加糖皮质激素的疗效,值得临床推广。
