| 摘 要： | [目的]通过对某三甲医院最近3年业务数据的分析，了解医院各科室的发展趋势和对医院发展的贡献程度，探讨如何应用灰色关联分析法对医院科室的运营进行综合管理评价。[方法]运用灰色关联分析法对某三级甲等医院3年的门诊量、住院量与业务收入进行分析。[结果]从医院最近3年的变化趋势来看，儿科、中医科、妇科、传染科等科室发展良好，对医院的贡献程度较大。[结论]医院应该发展优势科室做大做强，采职措旋融持弱势科室，增强弱势科室的发展动力，从而促进医院又快又好发展。
