浅谈我国职业病防治存在的问题及对策

我国是职业病危害严重的国家，职业病患者维权之路也走得异常艰辛。在我国职业病防治工作中，存在着企业和劳动者对职业病防治法观念淡薄，职业病防治源头控制机制尚未形成、劳动用工管理混乱、职业病患者维权难过鉴定关等诸多问题。因此，在职业病防治上，要加强各职能部门的协调配合，建立防治职业病的系统工程，建立预防控制职业病危害的长效管理机制，完善职业病的鉴定程序，重视并发挥行业协会在职业病防治方面的积极作用。
