| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在纵隔肿瘤治疗上的疗效.方法:回顾性分析我院胸外科2005年1月～2011年6月手术治疗的48例纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料,其中16例经胸腔镜完成肿物切除,32例常规开胸手术.结果:经电视胸腔镜手术者,住院时间、术中出血量、术后并发症都显著低于传统手术组,两组病人术后恢复良好,无围手术期...

| Abstract: | Objective:To verify the clinical outcomes of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) in treatment of mediastinal neoplasms.Methods:The clinical data were reviewed in 48 cases with mediastinal tumor undergone surgical treatment in our department between Jan.2005 and Jun.2006.Of the total 48 cases,16 were treated with VATS and 32 by conventional thoracotomy.Results:The patients undergone VATS had shorter hospital stay,less intraoperative blood loss and fewer postoperative complications as compared with tho... |
