| 摘 要： | 目的:观察侧后路经椎间孔镜下髓核摘除治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:2007年9～11月共收治经临床确诊为腰椎间盘突出症患者10例,采用侧后路经椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗,手术前后采用VAS评价患者腰痛缓解情况,ODI评分评价患者的日常生活情况。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,无硬膜及神经根损失及其他手术并发症发生。所有患者均获随访,随访时间12～14个月。患者腰痛及生活能力均获得明显的改善。与术前相比,手术后患者VAS评分及ODI评分明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:侧后路经椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效方法之一。
