| 摘 要： | 目的：评价应用锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法：2008年4月～2011年2月对36例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者,应用锚钉固定重建韧带手术。结果：术后随访36例,随访2～36个月,优良率为94.2%。结论：锚钉固定治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤,能够立即稳定膝关节,减少膝关节进一步损伤,是早期治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To verify the clinical outcomes of treating injury of medial collateral ligament(MCL) of knee joint with anchor screw.Methods:Between Apr.2008 and Feb.2011,36 patients with knee MCL injury received joint reconstruction with anchor screw.Results:The total 36 patients were followed up from 2 to 36 months and the results showed that 94.2% were excellently recovered.Conclusion:Reconstruction of the knee MCL injury with anchor screw is an early effective intervention of this injury,for it can simultane... |
