| 摘 要： | 目的应用多重PCR检测方法对上海市儿童呼吸道病毒感染进行检测,获得疾病谱分析其流行规律。方法 2009年1月到2010年3月上海市儿童医院因呼吸道感染住院病人下呼吸道标本519份,利用多重PCR技术进行12种常见呼吸道病毒的检测。结果在591例标本中病毒阳性率是58%(301/519)。其中呼吸道感染患儿中呼吸道合胞病毒B(RSVB)占首位,为37.5%(113/301),其次是鼻病毒(HRVA/B),为17.3%(52/301),比例最低的是副流感病毒2(PIV2),比例仅为0.7%(2/301)。人偏肺病毒(HMPV)的比例为6%(18/113)。结论 RSVB HRVA/B和PIV3以及Adv是上海市儿童呼吸道疾病感染的主要病原,混合感染以HRVA/B联合其他病毒为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To characterize the prevalence and occurrence of respiratory viruses in children in Shanghai China.Methods Respiratory virus were identified from aspirates and throat swabs selected from children with respiratory symptom who visited the Shanghai Children Hospital during period January 2009 to March 2010.
