| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重庆市饥荒年(1959-1961)出生人群当前生活质量及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取重庆市5个区县1957-1965年出生人群1140人,其中1957年到1959年出生人群为G1组,1960年到1962年出生的人群为G2组,1963年到1965年出生的人群为G3组,采用SF-36健康调查表第二版和一般情况问卷进行调查,生活质量从8个维度进行评价和按评分定量判定。结果生活质量的8个维度中,胎儿期经历过饥荒的人群(G1组)在生理职能(RP)、情感职能(RE)、生理功能(PF)维度上的得分分别是84.26+17.09、84.57+16.48、87.57+15.84,明显低于未经历过饥荒的人群(G3组)(P<0.05);婴幼儿期经历过饥荒的人群(G2组)在PF维度的得分为87.65+15.03,明显低于G3组(P<0.05),而在活力(VT)维度上得分为48.26+9.34,明显高于G3组(P<0.05)。平均月收入、食欲情况、生活满意度是影响胎儿期经历饥荒人群(G1)生活质量总分的主要因素;生活满意度、食欲情况、与家人相处情况则是影响目标人群生活质量的主要因素。结论加强胎儿期的营养对提高成年后生活质量存在一定的影响,而对于目标人群来说培养其积极向上的生活态度,良好的食欲、和谐的家庭关系是提高人群生活质量的重要方面。
