女性阴道炎发病情况与相关因素研究

目的对常见阴道炎发病情况与相关因素进行了分析研究。方法对就诊于本院的172748例妇科门诊患者进行分析。结果检测阴道分泌物检查出3种常见阴道炎共44541例次,阴道炎的检出率为25.8%。外阴道假丝酵母菌病检出率明显高于其他2种阴道炎。细菌性阴道病明高于滴虫性阴道炎。结论外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是最常见的阴道炎。阴道炎均好发于生育期年龄女性,发病可能与季节有关。

Female Incidence of Vaginitis and Related Factors

Objective The incidence of common vaginitis and related factors were analyzed.Methods The right treatment at the hospital＇s 172,748 outpatient gynecologic visits were analyzed.Results The detection of three common vaginal secretions detect a total of 44541 times vaginitis,vaginitis,the detection rate was 25.8%.Outer vaginal Candida disease detection rate was significantly higher than the other two kinds of vaginitis.Bacterial vaginosis Trichomonas vaginitis out above.Conclusion The vulvovaginal Candida vaginitis is the most common diseases.Vaginitis were better made at the age of reproductive age women,the incidence may be related to the seasons.
