肝移植受者生存质量研究

目的探讨原位肝移植对终末期肝病患者生存质量的影响.方法以消化系统疾病生存质量指数为肝移植受者生存质量评价指标,调查2000年5月至2002年12月间完成的43例术前意识清楚、具有中学以上文化程度且对调查问卷表理解无困难、术后无并发症的良性肝病患者.测定时间为术前、出院时、出院后3月.结果出院时,肝移植受者生存质量较术前提高,其中病人生理功能、精神、心理状态、症状学表现较术前有较大的改善(P＜0.01),而生活、社会活动能力与术前改变不大(P＞0.05).出院3个月时,生存质量明显好于在院期间(P＜0.01),尤其是其生活、社会活动能力有较大提高(P＜0.01).结论肝移植能够明显改善终末期肝病患者生存质量.

Investigation of quality of life of liver transplantation recipients

Objective To assess the effects of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) on the quality of life (QoL) of the patients with end stage liver disease. Methods QoL of OLT recipients was assessed by the GLQI index of the digestive system disease. A total of 43 recipients with benign end stage liver disease without operational complications, who were clearly conscious and had no difficulty in comprehending the investigation table because of their relative good education above the middle school, had been investigated during May 2000 to December 2002. The detecting data were divided into three parts including before OLT, at discharge, and 3 months after discharge. Results At the stage of discharge, QoL of OLT recipients was improved as compared with that before OLT. The physical function, psychological status, symptom of the recipients had been significantly improved than as compared with those before OLT ( P <0.01), but no significant change of the living ability and social activity was found ( P >0.05). And at the stage of 3 months after discharge, QoL of the recipients was improved significantly than that in the hospital ( P <0.01), especially improvement of the living ability and social activity ( P <0.01). Conclusion OLT could significantly improve QoL of patients with end stage liver disease.
